LIBERTY PLACE WINS UDIA NSW AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE IN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
The Liberty Place team is pleased to have won this prestigious award from the Urban Development Institute of Australia. In announcing Liberty Place as the winner, this is what Chief Judge Laurie Rose AM had to say:
“Liberty Place started with a run-down open arcade, backed on by a Heritage listed building on another street, all not in an acknowledged A-Class area. The transformation that has occurred melds great architecture, Heritage conservation and high environmental goals to produce a first-class outcome. The public areas are excellent and now create a link between the two frontages. Quality tenants now enjoy the staff benefits of location, and the convenience and corporate benefits 6-Star Green Star savings bring. Liberty Place is a great winner in a tough category.”
